Ernesto Salgado Areias

Partner

Ernesto is a lawyer since 1986, and he is the founding partner of our
law firm.

He has been dealing with private clients for more than 30 years in a wide range of different matters.

David Salgado Areias

Managing Partner

David is a lawyer since 2009, when he joined our law firm as a partner.

Mainly focused on tax and corporate law, assisting mainly startups and tech companies.

José Varanda

Partner

José is a lawyer since 2009 and joined our firm as partner in 2013.

His practise is mainly focused on intellectual property, personal data protection and corporate law.

Carolina Gama

Partner

Carolina is a lawyer since 2011 and joined our firm as partner in 2017.

Her practise is mainly focused on real estate, investment, contracts,
civil and criminal litigation.

Amanda Carvalho

Associate

Amanda joined our law firm in 2017 as a trainee and became a lawyer in 2019.

She completed her Master in Civil Law in 2019 and her practice is mainly focused on corporate law and civil litigation.

Brigite Roriz

Forensic Secretary

Brigite has joined our law firm in 2010 and she is our forensic
secretary.
